Human Resources Operations Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized professional to support our day-to-day HR and operational functions. This role requires prior experience in handling employee-related matters, compliance processes, and coordination with global teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of resolving issues by engaging with the right stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage unemployment claims, workman’s compensation cases, and state tax filing requirements.
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination and stakeholder communication.
  • Assist with payroll-related matters and ensure accuracy in employee records.
  • Collaborate with global teams to resolve operational and compliance issues.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to HR and state regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes and operational tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, or payroll support.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across global teams.
  • Familiarity with state tax filings, unemployment claims, and workman’s comp processes is a plus.
