Human Resources & Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes for instructors, interns, coaches, and support staff
  • Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with applicants
  • Assist with onboarding, documentation, and personnel organization
  • Draft and revise job descriptions based on organizational needs
  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative functions
  • Maintain employee and candidate records using Excel, Google Workspace, and online systems
  • Utilize recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Handshake, and other sourcing tools
  • Support event coordination, educational programs, and organizational initiatives
  • Conduct research on hiring strategies, education trends, and organizational development
  • Assist with internal communication and cross-team coordination
  • Help maintain professional communication with students, parents, educators, and partners

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Professional and detail-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or related tools
  • Prior experience in HR, operations, administration, education, or recruiting preferred
  • Interest in STEM, robotics, AI, education, or technology industries is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
