HR Executive - Evaluation & HR Operations

Job Purpose

The HR Executive - Evaluation & HR Operations is responsible for managing employee performance processes, including KPI setting and tracking, while supporting HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee records management.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management & KPI Setting

  • Develop and coordinate KPI frameworks and performance metrics across departments
  • Work with department managers to define, set, and align KPIs with business objectives
  • Ensure employees have clear, measurable KPIs and maintain related records
  • Monitor KPI tracking, submissions, evaluation timelines, and performance progress
  • Coordinate performance evaluations including probation reviews, appraisals, and periodic assessments
  • Prepare performance summaries and reports for review by the HR Manager

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Track attendance and leave records and support data accuracy
  • Support payroll preparation through data collection and verification
  • Collect and validate staff-submitted payroll invoices before the 25th of each month
  • Coordinate with the HR Manager and Finance on payroll-related documentation and processing

Employee Lifecycle Support & Administration

  • Assist in onboarding documentation, employee file setup, and status updates
  • Support offboarding processes, clearance coordination, and final documentation
  • Maintain HR trackers for attendance, evaluations, employee data, and key HR activities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across HR functions

Employee Relations Support

  • Handle routine employee queries and basic HR concerns
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the HR Manager
  • Support a positive and professional work environment through responsive HR coordination

Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in HR operations, performance management, or HR administration
  • Strong understanding of KPI setting, performance tracking, and HR records
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Good coordination and communication skills
