The Role

As Director of Human Resources Operations, you’ll be the operational heartbeat behind our people strategy — ensuring that the systems, structures, and experiences that support our teams are as seamless and inspiring as the stays we deliver. You’ll blend the precision of hospitality operations with the empathy of great leadership to create a workplace that runs smoothly and feels genuinely human.

What You’ll Lead

People Strategy & Workforce Planning

• Partner with Operations and Property Leaders to design people strategies that support smooth, guest-ready operations.
• Forecast workforce needs and staffing plans aligned with seasonal demand and growth.
• Shape org structures and succession plans that build long-term stability and flexibility.

Culture & Team Experience

• Bring our “experience behind the experience” to life by fostering a culture where every team member feels seen, valued, and motivated to deliver excellence.
• Design programs that enhance belonging, engagement, and retention — from line-level to leadership.

Talent Development & Performance

• Build learning journeys that grow talent from the front desk to the C-suite.
• Redefine performance reviews as coaching moments that strengthen capability and consistency across properties.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Reimagine how we attract and onboard hospitality talent — blending operational readiness with cultural fit.
• Partner with property teams to fill key roles quickly and effectively while maintaining high service standards.

Total Rewards & HR Operations

• Oversee compensation, benefits, and scheduling systems that keep our people supported and our operations efficient.
• Build recognition programs that celebrate the daily magic our teams create for guests.

Compliance & Infrastructure

• Ensure labor law compliance and uphold best practices across multi-property operations.
• Develop policies that empower managers, streamline workflows, and uphold our values in every shift.

You Might Be the One If…

• You’ve led HR or People Operations in hospitality, resort, or multi-unit environments.
• You know how to balance culture with compliance — and can pivot from boardroom strategy to back-of-house problem solving with ease.
• You thrive in dynamic settings where no two days (or guests) are alike.
• You think operationally but lead with empathy and clarity.
• You believe the guest experience starts with the team experience.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years in HR or People Operations, ideally within hospitality or service-driven industries.
• Proven experience supporting multi-site teams and front-line operations.
• Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and hospitality workforce practices.
• Strong capability in HR systems, workforce planning, and analytics.
• Bonus: Experience in high-touch or luxury hospitality environments.
