Job Title: HR Operations Specialist –EMEA/APAC

Location: Logic Cyber Park, Sector 62, Noida

Required: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to manage and support

day-to-day HR functions in the EMEA or APAC region. This role requires a strong

understanding of labor laws and compliance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to

manage key HR processes, including background verification (BGV), onboarding/offboarding,

and visa processes.


Key Responsibilities:

● Background Verification (BGV):

Coordinate and complete background verification for new hires in the specific

region in compliance with company standards.

● Onboarding & Offboarding:

Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including document collection, induction,

and system access setup. Oversee smooth exit processes, including clearance,

feedback collection, and documentation.


● Visa and Work Authorization Support:

Assist with work visa applications (H1B, L1, etc.), renewals, and immigration compliance

in collaboration with legal and immigration partners.


● Compliance & Legal:

Ensure HR operations comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and

company policies. Maintain employee records and ensure data privacy and

accuracy.


● Employee Support:

Act as a point of contact for HR queries and assist employees with HR policies,

procedures, and tools.


● HR Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve operational HR workflows to enhance efficiency and

compliance.


Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 1+ years of HR operations experience, preferably supporting the EMEA or APAC

region in a global company.

● Familiarity with labor laws, HR compliance, and immigration

procedures.

● Strong experience in onboarding, offboarding, and background checks.

● Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience working in an IT or technology company.

● Knowledge of remote/hybrid work policies and related compliance.

● Exposure to multicultural and global HR practices.
