✨ What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle - from offer letters to exits
• Drive bulk / volume onboarding for sales roles (speed + accuracy matters!)
• Handle employee documentation, HRIS updates & records
• Coordinate background verification (BGV) and ensure timely closures
• Support HR compliance, audits & reporting
• Be the go-to HR person for employee queries at the sales centre

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations
• Hands-on exposure to bulk hiring / onboarding , preferably sales or frontline roles
• Strong coordination, follow-up & communication skills
• High attention to detail (you notice the small stuff 👀)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setup
• Excel + HR systems knowledge (Darwin Box experience is a plus!)
