Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Operations Specialist
to support and manage day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, government platforms, and HR systems, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.

Handle leave management, including tracking, approvals, and reporting.

Process employee requests related to exit/re-entry visas and other government services.

Maintain and update employee data on platforms such as Qiwa and GOSI.

Monitor employee attendance, working hours, and leave balances.

Support payroll inputs related to attendance, leaves, and deductions.

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, including probation periods, notices, and employment regulations.

Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2+ years of experience in HR operations or personnel affairs.

Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR practices.

Experience working with Qiwa and GOSI platforms.

Familiarity with attendance systems and leave management.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
