Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage and administer company payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Collect, consolidate, and validate payroll inputs from factories/ESS before sending to the vendor.
  • Review draft payroll, tax, and statutory deductions as per Indian law.
  • Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, PT) and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Prepare and verify Full & Final (F&F) settlements and payments.
  • Share tax declaration info, collect proofs, issue Form 16, and manage employee reimbursements.
  • Generate MIS reports, payroll analytics, and dashboards; standardize reports for decision-making.
  • Reconcile monthly payroll, calculate and deposit TDS, and check quarterly/annual returns.
  • Submit JV and payroll provisions to Finance; manage statutory audits and liaise with government agencies.
  • Maintain company loan and advances data.


Essentials:


Education: Graduation is must, but MBA Preferred

Experience: At least 6 years in handling Payroll
