The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and create clear job postings
- Source candidates through job portals, social media & internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress
- Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates
- Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment software
- Good understanding of HR processes & compliance
Preferred Skills
- Experience in technical or bulk hiring
- Knowledge of modern recruitment tools & strategies
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
