Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, employee development, internal team relationships, handling grievances, and driving overall workforce productivity. This role is central to building a strong organizational culture and ensuring employee satisfaction and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
  • Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain an updated database of applicants and job descriptions.

2. Payroll Management

  • Collect and verify attendance, leaves, and overtime data.
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement.
  • Handle employee reimbursements and full & final settlements.

3. Employee Development

  • Identify training and development needs through performance reviews and feedback.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and L&D initiatives.
  • Track the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
  • Support career growth and skill development programs.

4. Employee Productivity & Engagement

  • Monitor and support employee productivity through feedback and goal alignment.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Work closely with department heads to enhance performance management.

5. Internal Team Relationships

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees to address concerns.
  • Promote open communication and strong interdepartmental relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
