Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, employee development, internal team relationships, handling grievances, and driving overall workforce productivity. This role is central to building a strong organizational culture and ensuring employee satisfaction and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
- Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain an updated database of applicants and job descriptions.
2. Payroll Management
- Collect and verify attendance, leaves, and overtime data.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement.
- Handle employee reimbursements and full & final settlements.
3. Employee Development
- Identify training and development needs through performance reviews and feedback.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and L&D initiatives.
- Track the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Support career growth and skill development programs.
4. Employee Productivity & Engagement
- Monitor and support employee productivity through feedback and goal alignment.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Work closely with department heads to enhance performance management.
5. Internal Team Relationships
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to address concerns.
- Promote open communication and strong interdepartmental relationships.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
