Aarogya Multi-Specialty Hospital is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource management within the hospital. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling HR operations in a healthcare or hospital environment, with strong leadership, compliance, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with hospital standards.
- Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws).
- Oversee performance appraisal, training, and staff welfare programs.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain workforce efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain monthly HR reports and manpower analysis.
- Support management in strategic HR planning and workforce optimization.
- Manage leave approvals, roster planning, and attendance monitoring.
- Promote a positive work environment and ensure adherence to hospital ethics and discipline.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare setup.
- Knowledge of HR software, Tally Payroll, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, labour regulations, and healthcare workforce norms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and maintain staff coordination effectively.
