Senior Site Manager

We are hiring a Site HR Manager for our Aurangabad (Bihar) NH2 construction project. The role involves independently managing complete site HR operations including attendance, manpower records, grievance handling and coordination with senior staff & vendors. The candidate must ensure full labour law and contractor compliance while managing recruitment, onboarding and discipline at site. Stay and food will be provided at the site, and the candidate should be mentally prepared to work on a 7-day site schedule. Applicants with 5–6 years of construction/infrastructure site HR experience and strong labour compliance knowledge will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹54,858.19 per month
