We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle—from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions across departments.
  • Understand staffing needs and create relevant job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, networking, and databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic & preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and track recruitment status.
  • Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and follow-up until joining.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, MIS, and documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment (consultancy or corporate).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methods (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of hiring metrics, MIS reporting, and coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • 1–4 years in HR Recruitment
  • Experience in bulk hiring / technical hiring (optional based on your need)
  • Ability to meet recruitment deadlines and targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
