We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle—from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Understand staffing needs and create relevant job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, networking, and databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic & preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and track recruitment status.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and follow-up until joining.
- Maintain recruitment reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment (consultancy or corporate).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing methods (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good understanding of hiring metrics, MIS reporting, and coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 1–4 years in HR Recruitment
- Experience in bulk hiring / technical hiring (optional based on your need)
- Ability to meet recruitment deadlines and targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
