Designation : HR Recruiter

Key responsibilities:

  • 1. End to end responsible for recruitment.
  • 2. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • 3. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • 4. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • 5. Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
  • 6. Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
  • 7. Maintaining Employees Database & doing paper work at the time of joining.
  • 8. Sending Birthday wishes & conducting Birthday events at offices
  • 9. Responsible for taking care of joining formalities.
  • 10. Closing exit formalities for the relieving employees and preparing supporting documents to employees whenever required.
  • 11. Handling Employee Engagement activities.

Skill Set:

  • 1. Have excellent understanding in recruitments
  • 2. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
