Human Resources Recruiter

VIKING YACHT COMPANY, a leader in luxury yacht manufacturing, has an immediate position available in the New Gretna, New Jersey facility to work within the Human Resources Department.

Qualifications include: 1 + years of experience in the talent acquisition field, a degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit for required positions using Indeed, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
• Attend and represent the company at job fairs, high schools, vocational schools, colleges, and community events
• Screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Use social media platforms creatively for recruiting and employer branding
• Deliver a great candidate experience from first contact through hire
• Manage recruiting activity independently and stay organized, accountable, and on top of deadlines
• Speak confidently in public and represent the company professionally
