HR Coordinator
plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources team by ensuring efficient execution of operational HR activities.
What You’ll Achieve
Recruitment Support

Recruitment Administration:
Assist with the management and execution of recruitment programs.

Resume Management:
Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes; conduct background and reference checks.

Interview Coordination:
Assist in scheduling initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for telephone and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.

Record Maintenance:
Ensure accurate and concise records and reports of all recruitment process phases, utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.

New Hire Processing:
Create new hire packets and arrange background checks and drug tests for prospective applicants.

Company Image Promotion:
Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers.

Testing Administration:
Administer typing and math tests to prospective applicants, as necessary.

Travel Coordination:
Coordinate travel arrangements for applicants, as necessary.

General Support:
Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition department and related stakeholders, as necessary.
