HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

  • Implement core Human Resources practices—including recruitment, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee recognition, and labor law compliance—in alignment with established procedures and personnel policies, under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) requirements as directed by the Human Resources Manager.
  • Support the execution of compensation and payroll processes in coordination with the Human Resources Manager.
  • Contribute to the planning, structuring, and implementation of HR-related projects across the organization.
  • Help maintain and update all procedures, forms, and documentation related to HR processes.
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager in organizing and coordinating activities for company-recognized special days and events.
  • Understand and apply the procedures, instructions, and documentation relevant to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards. Proactively suggest improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to occupational health and safety procedures in all work activities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Human Resources)
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in a similar position
  • Foreign Language: Upper-intermediate level English
  • Certificates/Licenses: Preferably a Class B driver's license
  • Information Technology:Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferably familiar with Workday and AI applications.
  • Other Requirements:no travel restrictions
