About the Role:

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Executive to join our dynamic Talent team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end operational processes related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.

We are looking for candidates who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and who can easily connect the dots between tasks and responsibilities.

📍 This position is based in our Bomonti, Şişli office and requires working on-site 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow-up of recruitment processes & internal system entries
• Execution of resignation and exit processes
• Activation of benefits for new employees
• Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain employee records
• Assist with reporting and coordination between HR functions

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year of experience in HR or recruitment operations
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good command of MS Office and HR systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
