Responsibilities:

• Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll coordination
• Support employee relations and help resolve workplace issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist with performance reviews, training initiatives, and HR policy development.
• Contribute to DEI efforts and help foster an inclusive company culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in an HR role (HR Generalist, Coordinator, or similar)
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
