O Bee Credit Union is hiring a Human Resources Specialist to join our amazing team in our Administrative Building. This is a full-time role that plays a vital part in supporting our mission, our Members, and our one-of-a-kind company culture.
What You’ll Do
As our Human Resources Specialist, this person will play a vital role in talent, engagement and supporting HR functions and ensuring the success of our team members. Responsible for a wide range of HR activities aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent including all team member recruitment, onboarding new team members, assisting in benefit enrollment, HRIS data entry and personnel records management.

Performs other duties as assigned.
What Desired Qualifications You’ll Bring
Education
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or SHRM-CP preferred.
Experience
At least 2 years’ experience recruiting, interviewing and benefit administration.
At least 2 years’ experience with HRIS required, experience with Paylocity preferred.
Must pass a background and credit check.
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
