What You’ll Bring

  • An associate degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • At least 6 months of HR, administrative, or related experience.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR processes.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • A collaborative, service-focused mindset — and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus (or the desire to obtain one)

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Exposure to a wide variety of HR areas — recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and more.

  • Opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

  • A culture built on respect, integrity, and service.

  • Competitive pay and benefits.

Additional Details

  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Position is primarily office-based, with standard physical requirements for an office environment.

  • Occasional travel may be required.
