Overview

Job Description

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Drafting and administering contracts, solutions and decisions for employees
• Registration and deregistration of employees in the Agency
• Keeping records of annual leave and working hours
• Implementing and improving the Onboarding program for new employees
• Assisting in the employee management process and monitoring KPIs
• Organization of training and preparation of an employee development plan
• Active role in the recruitment and selection process of candidates
• Monitoring and coordination of HR and legal processes specific to the medical sector (compliance with regulations, licenses, standards and procedures)
