Human Resources Specialist

We’re a growing organization who offers Managed Care services to Property & Casualty Insurance Carriers nationwide, with a focus in New York State.

We’re looking for a Human Resource Generalist who’s ready to architect our people systems, champion our culture, and grow with us—earning not just a paycheck, but a stake in our success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead recruitment efforts: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Federal, State, and local laws
• Support managers with performance reviews, KPIs, and employee development
• Create and maintain employee training programs for compliance mandates
• Promote company culture, employee recognition, and internal communications
• Collaborate with Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to ensure accurate employee records
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in our HRIS system

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in and HR Role
• Background with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
• Proficiency in HRIS systems
• Experience with UKG & Mineral software a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employment laws & HR practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
