HR & Admin Officer

Location: Cairo, Egypt
Company: Almanna for Import & Export – Afrah Tobacco Egypt Branch

We are looking for a reliable and organized HR & Admin Officer to join our team.
The role will be responsible for handling recruitment, attendance, payroll support, employee records, general office administration, and ensuring a smooth and professional work environment.

Working Hours:

  • From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Saturday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

HR Duties:

  • Manage the recruitment process (job postings, interviews, hiring).
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee records.
  • Assist in preparing payroll and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor law.
  • Support employee training and development initiatives.

Admin Duties:

  • Handle office supplies, stationery, and facility management.
  • Organize company documents, filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government offices.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or Administration.
  • Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word – Excel – PowerPoint).
