Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive Hourly Pay: $28.00–$32.00/hour, based on experience
• Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy a hybrid schedule—work from our Easton, MD corporate office every Tuesday and Wednesday, with occasional additional in-office days as needed. A company laptop is provided to support work from home or on the go.

Key Responsibilities:

• Benefits & Personnel: Manage employee benefits, maintain personnel and medical records, support HRIS updates, and assist with open enrollment.
• Insurance & Compliance: Handle corporate insurance claims, maintain accurate documentation, ensure labor law compliance, and manage certifications/licenses.
• Driver Records & Workplace Safety: Oversee driver files, schedule DOT physicals, track expirations, manage OSHA reporting, and coordinate PPE and Boot/Tool programs.
• Onboarding & Integration: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new Team MATEs, ensure proper documentation, and track completion of safety training.
• HR Support & Reporting: Support performance management, training initiatives, employee engagement programs, and track HR metrics/KPIs.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong drive, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
• Relationship-building skills and effective communication
• HR analytics savvy with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with HRIS and other HR software tools
• Prior HR experience in benefits, compliance, or employee relations is preferred
