  • Perform a variety of Human Resources functions and related duties as assigned by the Vice President of Human Resources.

  • Maintain confidential employee files and other sensitive records and reports.

  • Manage the Paycom Recruiting platform, including reviewing applications, communicating with applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

  • Communicate with new hires regarding onboarding requirements such as orientation, TB testing, physical examinations, and other employment matters.

  • Complete employment verifications and process court-ordered documentation in a timely manner.

  • Establish and maintain organized electronic filing systems and ensure proper record retention.

  • Monitor and maintain both electronic and paper employee files accurately and efficiently.

  • Oversee the Paycom HR platform to ensure compliance with employee certifications, evaluations, and other HR documentation requirements.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma required.

  • Human Resources experience and training, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

  • Experience in recruiting, applicant screening, hiring, and employee retention preferred.

  • Experience with Paycom HR, employment tracking, and payroll software required; experience with other HR/recruiting and payroll systems preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of office terminology, procedures, equipment, and current computer software applications.

  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others in a professional environment.

  • Must demonstrate emotional stability, integrity, and good moral character.
