Stinte, LLC is seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist for our team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a people-centric individual with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, helping to foster a positive work environment and support our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to HR policies and resolving employee concerns in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and educate them on available programs.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientations to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain updated job descriptions and assist in workforce planning.
  • Compliance & Legal:
  • Ensure the company complies with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct any necessary compliance and legal training.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and assist in developing programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Coordinate professional development opportunities for staff to support career growth.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of HR experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in multiple states.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong IT skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google App Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience in [industry-related] company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
