About the Role


A well-established organization is seeking an HR Specialist to support core human resources operations across the employee lifecycle. The role will play a key part in delivering structured HR processes, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.


As part of local workforce localization efforts, this position is open to Kuwaiti Nationals .

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, probation tracking, and offboarding
  • Coordinate HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files in line with company standards
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR programs
  • Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and audit preparation
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders to ensure smooth employee transitions


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and basic understanding of Kuwaiti labor law
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Professional communication skills in English (Arabic is required or strongly preferred)
