Job Description:

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Manage and update the recruitment management system to ensure effective and legally compliant HR services. Identify recruitment needs and act as a strategic staffing partner to attract and acquire top talent in alignment with the competency model and business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the HR strategy with a primary focus on recruitment and selection, ensuring effective and legally compliant HR services.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all recruitment activities and provide HR support services to employees and management as required.
  • Follow up on employee contracts, particularly limited-term and project-based contracts, and coordinate with management regarding extensions or terminations, reporting regularly to HR management.
  • Support the review and development of HR systems and tools to enhance functionality, transparency, self-service access, and real-time HR reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files in compliance with HR policies.
  • Identify training and development needs in coordination with management and support the arrangement and follow-up of required training programs.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
