The Role

• Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition engine, managing high-volume recruitment, interviewing, and digital onboarding to scale our security teams.

• Act as a strategic partner to branch leadership, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and complex disciplinary actions.

• Modernize HR operations by maintaining meticulous electronic records and data accuracy within advanced HRIS systems.

• Oversee local compliance, benefits administration, and leave management while ensuring alignment with state-specific labor laws.

• Cultivate a culture of helpfulness and integrity, serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and resolution.

What You'll Need

• At least 3+ years of dedicated Human Resources and Employee Relations experience in a high-stakes environment.

• Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and administrative management, ideally within the service or security sectors.

• Advanced technology proficiency, specifically with modern HRIS platforms, recruitment software, and the MS Office Suite.

• Strong interpersonal power and the ability to maintain a professional, ethical stance while making critical, fast-paced decisions.

• A valid driver's license and the willingness to participate in a comprehensive pre-employment screening process.
