Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Dubai. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee various HR functions, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, processing employment visas, coordinating benefits programs, and fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, supporting recruitment activities, and addressing employee concerns effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management processes
• Experience developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and related processes
• Skills in Personnel Management and staff development
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of UAE labor laws and HR regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
