Job Overview:

To ensure the effective and efficient delivery of HR services to employees, enhancing the employee experience through seamless HR operations, compliance, and service delivery.



Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of HR services across multiple HR functions.
  • Ensure HR services and processes comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of HR data to inform decision-making and track the effectiveness of HR service delivery.
  • Utilize HR data insights to recommend improvements and enhance service delivery.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new HR initiatives and technologies.




Minimum Requirements:

  • 0-1 years of relevant work experience in HR operations or similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
