We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Human Resources Specialist
with
2–3 years of experience
to support and enhance HR operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR functions while ensuring a smooth employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed efficiently.

Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and documentation.

Assist with employee relations by addressing queries and supporting issue resolution.

Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback cycles.

Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.

Contribute to HR initiatives such as employee engagement, training, and development programs.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience
in an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably within the UAE.

Strong understanding of HR processes and UAE labor regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
