Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to support and enhance HR operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR functions while ensuring a smooth employee experience across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and documentation.
  • Assist with employee relations by addressing queries and supporting issue resolution.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback cycles.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives such as employee engagement, training, and development programs.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and UAE labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
