Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a first point of contact for the line managers to understand, anticipate and resolve the business needs (including projects, internal & external audits)
  • Manages the selection and end-to-end recruitment process by announcing job ads and coordinating interviews with suitable candidates,
  • Handles onboarding processes of new employees, prepares welcome kits, and personnel files and coordinates orientations,
  • Welcomes new employees at the office, prepares their onboarding schedule with managers, team members and other related departments,
  • Supports data management of all HR-related processes (annual leave, company procedures, job descriptions etc.)
  • Participate in all other HR-related projects & reporting processes,


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics),
  • Min. 3 years of experience,
  • Proficiency in English verbal and written,
  • Great sense of responsibility, multitasking & time management skills
