Human Resources Specialist (Chinese Speaker)

Job Title: HR Officer (Chinese Speaker)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: HR Manager / Head of HR

Job Purpose:

The HR Officer (Chinese Speaker) will be responsible for handling HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and administrative tasks, while serving as a communication bridge between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and the local team. This role requires fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English and a solid understanding of HR practices within Saudi Arabia.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment plans.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Prepare job offers, contracts, and necessary documentation in compliance with labor laws.

2. Employee Relations & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between Chinese-speaking management and local employees to ensure clear communication.
  • Support conflict resolution and handle employee grievances professionally.
  • Promote a positive work culture and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

3. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

4. Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs and track employee development.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and career growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Languages:
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) – mandatory .
  • Fluent in English mandatory .
  • Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
