As a
People & Culture Specialist
, you'll be a culture catalyst and operational anchor — managing everything from employee relations to HR administration, while ensuring our people feel heard, supported, and inspired. If you're passionate about people, creative environments, and purposeful work, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Employee Experience & Culture

Act as a key point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and feedback — offering guidance with empathy and professionalism.

Cultivate an inclusive, respectful, and creatively charged workplace culture.

Support managers in addressing team dynamics and resolving conflicts fairly and constructively.

Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.

Monitor team satisfaction and support retention strategies that reflect our values and ambitions.
HR Operations & Admin

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and personal files (both digital and physical).

Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes — from warm welcomes to thoughtful exits.

Track attendance, leave balances, and keep HR systems and reports up to date.

Prepare essential HR documents such as offer letters, confirmations, warnings, and promotions.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal People & Culture policies.
HR Reporting & Cross-Team Coordination

Generate and maintain monthly HR reports: headcount, attrition, leave summaries, etc.

Coordinate with payroll, finance, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless people operations.

Support internal audits and reviews by maintaining accurate and organized documentation.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in
HR, Business Administration
, or a related field.

8–10 years of HR experience
, strong foundation in Employee Relations and HR administration.

Prior experience in a
creative agency, marketing firm, or media environment
is essential — you understand the pace, personalities, and pressures of creative teams.

Strong knowledge of
UAE labor law
and HR best practices

Bilingual fluency in
English and Arabic
— verbal and written.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented.

Microsoft Office
(especially Excel and Word); familiarity with
HRIS platforms
is a plus.
