Job Summary:
One of our clients are looking for HR Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations within the Facilities Management sector, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client requirements. The role supports a large, often multi-site workforce including technicians, cleaners, security, and operations staff, and plays a key role in employee relations, Saudization compliance, and operational HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations

Supervise daily HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and contract administration.

Ensure accurate maintenance of employee files (physical and electronic).

Coordinate with operations teams to support manpower requirements for FM projects.

Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift-related HR matters.
Recruitment & Manpower Planning

Support recruitment activities for operational and supervisory roles in FM projects.

Coordinate interviews, job offers and joining formalities.

Monitor manpower mobilization for new contracts and projects.
Employee Relations

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations in line with company policies.

Support performance management processes and probation evaluations.

Promote a positive work environment across multiple sites.
Compliance & Legal

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant regulations.

Manage government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, and Mudad.

Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) targets and compliance.

Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits and client requirements.
Payroll & Compensation Support

Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.

Validate attendance, deductions, overtime, and allowances.

Support employee benefits administration including medical insurance and end-of-service calculations.
Policies & Procedures

Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with FM operational needs.

Ensure consistent application of policies across sites and projects.

Assist in updating HR SOPs based on operational changes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in the Facilities Management, contracting, or manpower-intensive sectors.

Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms.

Experience handling blue-collar and multi-site workforce is essential.
