Human Resources Supervisor

Role Description:

Sulfah is a Fintech company that provides consumer financing services and is subject to the supervision and control of the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Human Resources Superviso r to manage the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees) and administer employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with local KSA laws and regulations.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique requirements of the KSA market.

• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.

• Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, providing them with essential information about company policies, procedures, and culture.

• Partner with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience.

• Fluent in English (Speaking-Writing).

• Thorough understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.

Location Working Hours:

• Riyadh HQ Office

• Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Days: Sunday-Thursday
