Human Resources Supervisor l Car Rental l Saudi

A leading company in the car rental and transportation sector is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join its HR team. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and supporting talent management initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on HR experience, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage and oversee daily HR operations and administrative processes.
• Handle all HR-related activities through government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Labor Office, Muqeem).
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Supervise performance management processes and periodic employee evaluations.
• Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
• Assist in training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll structure.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and Saudi labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR regulations.
• Previous experience in team leadership and HR operations.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are a strong advantage.
• Experience with HR systems and platforms is preferred.
• Native Arabic speaker with professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
