Job Summary:
This role will be supporting the Sr. HR Supervisor on all Employee Relations activity, Administrative, Operational and ensures compliance with the Company Policies, Labor Laws & Regulations. Confidentiality is an essential aspect of this role as is the behavior of uncompromised Customer satisfaction and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Accountabilities:

Administer and document Employee Relations and Disciplinary Actions / Investigations as per the guidelines set forth in Personnel policy and procedures.

Advising management, facilitating communication, maintaining accurate employee records, handling exits, and resolving employee disputes.

Participate in or conduct employee relations investigations. Help employees and teams manage interpersonal conflicts.

Ensure all HR actions and processes comply with Qatar labor laws and company regulations, with close coordination with the Legal department.

Coordinate the Maintenance and updating of employee records held physically in Personnel files and/or electronically in HR Information systems to ensure that they are accurate and up to date.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee data within HR systems, including probation period details, Qatar Residencies detail of the employee and families, and employee e-files.

Prepare and issue periodic and ad-hoc reports and statistics on Human Resources matters (i.e., Sick Leaves, Grievance Cases, etc.).

Prepare and issue any letters/ certificates and other correspondence to external bodies (Government Authorities, Ministries, Pension Authority, etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business Administration, law or relevant discipline

Minimum of 8 years direct and relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Large Manufacturing Industry.

Having good knowledge of Qatari Labor Laws.

Having excellent skills on communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution and presentation.

Proficiency in Arabic language is preferable.
