Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrician – AC Technician to handle electrical and air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work, supporting both electrical and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and AC units in residential and commercial properties.
• Perform routine checks, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical and HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with other trades and project managers to achieve seamless project completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in proper working condition.
• Identify faults and propose solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical and AC installation & maintenance.
• Knowledge of wiring techniques, HVAC systems, and electrical safety procedures.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and follow project specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in electrical work or HVAC systems.
• Experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Familiarity with modern AC technologies and smart HVAC controls.
