HVAC / AC Technician – Maintenance Company

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC/AC Technician to join our maintenance team, responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems (split AC, window AC, ducted, and package units).
• Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems, including electrical and mechanical issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, and system flushing.
• Clean and service coils, filters, ducts, and drainage systems.
• Attend service calls and emergency breakdowns promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisors and clients regarding maintenance schedules and repairs.
• Prepare service reports and update maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (facility or maintenance company preferred).
• Strong knowledge of AC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic electrical knowledge related to HVAC systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Diploma or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical field.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance companies or facility management.

Pay: Up to QAR2,500.00 per hour
