Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated HVAC Appointment Setter to join our team! In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and potential customers, driving business growth through exceptional customer engagement. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help schedule appointments that turn prospects into loyal clients, supporting our mission to deliver comfort and quality.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls
• Dispatching technicians
• Managing technician schedules
• Calling suppliers for price and availability for HVAC parts
• Entering invoices in QuickBooks
• Prior experience in HVAC or a construction trade is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Ideal Schedule for this Candidate:

Training Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Ongoing Schedule: Tuesday through Thursday OR Wednesday through Friday.

Hours: 9am to 4pm
