Site Engineer [Pan-India]
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements for HVAC and BMS automation solutions and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Prepare and deliver detailed quotations, ensuring alignment with client needs and company offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, updating records and providing regular progress reports.
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams (engineering, sales, and operations).
- Resolve client issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Min 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role in the HVAC/BMS industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building management systems (BMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
