Duties

• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to develop precise HVAC cost estimates.
• Utilize estimating software such as Mcormick, HeavyBid and Bluebeam to prepare detailed proposals and bid packages.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, pricing analysis, and cost control assessments to ensure competitive yet profitable bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to negotiate terms and clarify scope of work.
• Assist in developing project schedules and budgets aligned with client expectations and company standards.
• Support construction site teams by providing accurate estimates that facilitate smooth project execution.
• Monitor ongoing projects for cost variations and assist in contract management to uphold project profitability.
