HVAC Crew Member/ Sales

Job Overview
We are seeking motivated HVAC professionals to perform residential and commercial system evaluations and provide home and business owners with honest, solution based recommendations.

This role involves inspecting duct systems and HVAC equipment, identifying comfort or efficiency issues, and educating customers on available solutions.

The ideal candidate is confident, knowledgeable, and able to communicate technical findings in a clear and professional manner.

Duties

• Conduct residential and commercial HVAC duct system evaluations.
• Diagnose airflow and comfort concerns.
• Educate home and business owners on repair and replacement options.
• Support sales efforts by engaging with customers to assess their needs, explain system features, and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
• Provide detailed scopes of work.
• Operate a company vehicle safely while transporting tools and parts to job sites; maintain a clean driving record.
• Document service activities thoroughly, including system diagnostics, repairs performed, and parts used for accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain strong follow-up and customer relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or as a service technician within HVAC or related fields.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in schematics, HVAC design principles, and equipment repair techniques.
• Hands-on experience with field service tasks including HVAC equipment repair and property maintenance.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately; familiarity with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems is essential.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a commercial vehicle safely.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging customers effectively during sales interactions.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to HVAC design and mechanical systems; proactive attitude toward safety protocols and maintenance procedures. Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
