We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Design Engineer to join our newly expanding Design Studio in Egypt . The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HVAC systems design, particularly within high-rise residential and hospitality projects , and will be responsible for ensuring quality technical deliverables using BIM (Revit) and Navisworks platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop HVAC systems for high-rise residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects in alignment with project requirements, local codes, and international standards.
• Produce detailed HVAC layouts, schematic diagrams, equipment schedules, and load calculations using BIM (Revit).
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, structural, and MEP) within a multi-disciplinary design studio environment.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet project milestones and quality benchmarks.
• Participate in design review meetings and support the technical lead during design development and construction documentation phases.
• Continuously update HVAC design models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support value engineering exercises and provide technical input to improve system performance and cost-efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of HVAC design experience , preferably within design studios or consultancy settings focused on high-rise residential and hospitality developments .
• Proficiency in Revit MEP , Navisworks , and HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, Trace 700).
• Solid understanding of international codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.) and local Egyptian regulations.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
• Experience working in BIM Level 2+ environments is a must.
