HVAC Design Engineer

IMEP Engineering and Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated HVAC Design Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HVAC design within the UAE or GCC region and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. We are seeking a proactive and advanced-thinking professional who can make decisions that support the company’s goals and contribute to successful project delivery.

Candidates with airport project experience will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC design calculations, drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure all HVAC works comply with UAE/GCC standards, regulations and site procedures.
• Review project specifications and provide technical solutions.
• Monitor project progress and support successful project execution.
• Maintain strong communication and coordination with all departments and site teams.
• Identify issues proactively and provide effective engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of HVAC design experience in UAE or GCC countries.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design standards and site procedures.
• Experience in airport projects is mandatory/preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities without close supervision.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in HVAC design software and AutoCAD/Revit is an advantage.

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
