We are currently looking for an HVAC Dispatcher to join our Team!

Primary Job Function: Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and dispatching maintenance technicians to residential and commercial service calls. This role ensures timely response to customer requests, efficient routing of technicians, and accurate communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams. The dispatcher manages incoming calls, prioritizes work based on urgency, updates job statuses in the system, and supports the maintenance department in delivering exceptional customer service. Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential, along with the ability to handle a fast-paced workflow.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour - Depending on Experience

Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Professional phone skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Organized
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
• Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
• Computer skills

Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
