HVAC Dispatcher

The ideal candidate that we are searching for will have Service Titan and Dispatching experience and will play a crucial role in coordinating and assigning our technicians to service calls, and maintenance tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Located in Buford, Stuart Pro Heating & Air has been servicing Georgia since 1997 and has been voted Best of Gwinnett for the last 10 years running!

Position Overview:

As an HVAC dispatcher manages and coordinates HVAC service technicians, scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians to jobs, and ensuring efficient service delivery while maintaining clear communication with customers and technicians.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Receive and log customer service requests.

Schedule service calls and maintenance appointments efficiently.

Assign technicians to jobs based on location, expertise, and availability.

Optimize technician routes to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency.

Communicate effectively with customers to confirm service details, provide updates, and address inquiries.

Provide clear instructions and information to technicians about their assignments.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Provide accurate information about services and products.

Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and job statuses.

Update customer information in the company database.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers

• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Previous experience using Service Titan and Dispatch experience required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and grow
